BARKING by
the Tower
The parish of Allhallows Barking is situated next to the Tower of London
and in the City of London but is not part of the East of London FHS area.
It was built on land owned by the abbey at
Barking,
Essex which was founded in 675 by Eorconweald, Bishop of London.
