ON-LINE MEMBERS' INFORMATION

Members who are on-line and have submitted their contact details for the On-Line Members list can be viewed starting HERE  Instructions on how to find members are included within that page.

Note: New members (and their surname interests), are not automatically added to the database as part of your membership process. You have to choose to be included in the online list and complete the necessary forms on the website.

HOW TO BE ON THE ON-LINE MEMBERS LISTING
Members can submit their details online and check the entries they have submitted. These details are held in a temporary database before being published to the site database. Additions and amendments will be published weekly or thereabouts.

• Complete and submit the Surname Interests form HERE

CONFIRM YOUR ON LINE DETAILS
You can check your own Online details, contact information and submitted surnames using the Member Profile section, more information HERE

Is your e-mail address incorrect?

If so, please complete the form On-Line member form HERE selecting the "Amend My Details" option from the drop down list.

Has it been over two years since we heard from you?
Check the Contact date next to your name in the On-Line Members Contact information. Periodically a purge is made on the list. The last one was for members with a last contact date of 1999. Each time you notify us about any change in your Contact Information or submit new surnames, your Contact Information will be updated to show the new contact date.
