If you have questions about your membership or CA arrival status such as:

• New Membership Status: I haven't received a membership confirm yet, did you received my application? (please wait at least 4 weeks UK and 6 weeks overseas before inquiring)
• Renewal Status: I sent in my renewal application before the October deadline, the Autumn CA has not arrived and it is January, can you check my status?
• Late CA: My Cockney Ancestor has not arrived, I have checked the CA Status tracking page and the CA appears to be a month overdue for me. Can you check my mailing address and membership status?

Check:

• Explain your problem including your name, membership number and postal mailing address
• If writing to the Membership Secretary ensure that your name, membership number and postal mailing address are included with your enquiry.
